A billboard telling liberals in Texas to leave the state is making the rounds on social media.
The message on the billboard reads: "Liberals, please continue on I-40 until you have left our GREAT STATE OF TEXAS."
According to a local Fox affiliate, the sign is on display near Vega, Texas, a small town of about 900 citizens.

I believe this sign is a minority view in TX: people in TX are trending Democrat, particularly in the largest cities and the Rio Grande Valley.
Leftist refer to us a Right-wing Fascist, Hitlers, Monsters, Nazi Storm Troopers, we refer to them as Goofy “Liberals’., and that is why they will eventually Win.
Yes, “conservatism” in TX is mostly a myth, for Moderate Republicans seems to have the final say in anything of much importance.
A grandmother that got nude a Woodstock, like the Grateful Dead, occasionally smokes a joint, votes Democrat and loves her Cats, is a ‘Liberal”. We are not fighting “Liberals”, we are fighting Marxist Totalitarians. When you can’t even identify you, enemy, just surrender already.
We have a local farmer who has been putting up his own signs on a crane next to I-70 for years now.
This one on satellite seems to be about the NFL. But the other day it was something like “Trump/President - Hillary/Not President”.
Changes at least every 6 months if not more. Must drive our many, many libs nuts who basically own central MD.

It applies at every level, including towns.
I fear they are moving into my neighboring town (my mom grew up here, so it’s very irritating to me) and will ruin it in the next 15 years or so. Hippies are coming in in droves, complete with self-righteous arguments about “No Hate in 21228” (I.e., no Republicans) and their blatantly hippie shops. Also just found out one of my favorite little restaurants was sold and now has “=” and “rainbow” stickers on the door - will not be attending anymore!
They’re also ruining Shrewsbury PA (perhaps aptly named) with all the transplant MDers over the state line to PA. I know, my friend was one of them (lib), trying to get low taxes while they vote IN high taxing.
For those who don’t know, this is 40 miles from Fritch. I LOVE this state!
FYI: I-40 has only one welcome center in the state that is located in Amarillo at the exit for Rick Husband Amarillo International Airport, serving both sides of the interstate.
Probably has vending machines and toilets like the other Welcome Centers across the state. If they stay out of the truck parking area after dark and get their business done (caution: don’t linger around too long), they can proceed onward to the next state after enjoying their brief moment in Texas.
And don’t litter up the place.
While I absolutely love the spirit of the sign, I really don’t mind liberals. Mind you, I disagree with them strongly...but they respect the will of the electorate and generally have certain lines of behavior that they will not cross.
Regrettably, however, the last of the honest liberals are in retirement homes, drooling and crapping all over themselves, and they will soon be extinct.
What the sign should have referred to, and what we have to deal with now, is LEFTISTS. These people only care about achieving a particular goal or set of goals, and don’t care about any kind of behavior - except as they believe that it’ll help them. So bald-faced lying is fine by them, as is hoping that the 12-year-old son of a politician that they don’t like ends up in prison with pedophiles.
Liberals are tolerable, if disagreeable. Leftists should be exterminated, just like their Nazi and Communist predecessors.

Up there around Traverse City is a pretty neat part of the country. I have some friends from California who could have moved anywhere but chose Suttons Bay! Don’t worry...they are at least as conservative as me!
