Exactly how beneficial to a society is multiculturalism, this word that is so celebrated in the West?
First one must first define the word: It is “the view that cultures, races, and ethnicities, particularly those of minority groups, deserve special acknowledgement of their differences within a dominant political culture.”
Note the immediate inaccuracies within this standard definition. “Races,” which indicate a people’s innate physical makeup, are conflated with “cultures” -- which are neither innate nor physical, but learned and metaphysical.
This mix-up explains why for many in the West, the word “culture” often conjures at most physical, surface differences -- “exotic” food or dress. In reality, cultures are nothing less than entire and distinct worldviews with their own unique sets of right and wrongs, often rooted in a religion or philosophy. Cultures bring much more than, say, the convenience of having Indian cuisine down the street.

That might be how it started out, but now it means, "Any culture, or total lack thereof, is superior to white, European culture."
Diversity = not execellence
The definition is

Everywhere it has been tried; at least one culture (or people) loses and one wins.
Think native American Indians, white people in the UK, France, Germany, Africa, California, and the Middle East. People in Europe don’t want the rapefugees in their homeland. They don’t like seeing their sisters, daughters, and mothers raped on the streets of their once safe towns and cities.
Multiculturalism doesn’t work. Never has; never will. People celebrate their similarities like when they share common holidays; not their differences which frequently devolve into resentment and anger. Islam is incompatible with Christian values in the West. We see it all the time. Their doctrine is submit or pay protection money. It’s built into their cult. I can’t really call it a religion.
Next thing you know someone is calling someone else a racist bigot.
Want proof? Ask black people in America how multiculturalism has worked out for them. Ask them if they feel oppressed, resented, or unfavored. In black ghettos they are just as wary of each other (especially the black men) as whites are in mostly white neighborhoods. Of course it wouldn’t be so bad if the race baiters like Al Sharpton, Obama, Holder, and Jesse Jackson didn’t add fuel to the sense of insecurity between blacks and whites/Hispanics but they make an existing condition worse. It was there before they fanned the flames.
Ask the white male if he feels resentment because jobs he was more qualified for went to a minority/female to fill a quota. Multiculturalism is racism at its core.
I meant to say whites are wary of unknown blacks in mostly white neighborhoods.
(S)TABLE COUNTRY THEORY:
A stable country must have 3-4 stable “legs” to support the Table.
Here are the four legs:
1. Language - Must have one consistent means for the citizens to communicate to one another.
2. Culture - Must have a general set of cultural rules on how to treat their own people, etiquette, manners, how women and children are treated, how neighbors are treated, how strangers are treated, holidays, cultural events like national holidays etc....
3. Religion - The country must either have a strong Religiousness framework that supports key aspects of the culture like family and living. If the country is agnostic about religion the religious communities in the country must not be antagonistic towards one another and hold similar values. Any one religious group in the country that views itself as superior and is a minority in that country is unacceptable and will lead to instability.
4. Race - The country should ideally be made up of a majority of people of one homogeneous origin. Their population should be maintained at 75% to 95% or more of the population for maximum Racial stability. Minorities are to be allowed, but it is the right of the Majority of the population that the racial makeup of the country via immigration should ever be altered. If a country is made up of multiple minority groups there will be an increased strain so the “Table Legs” of 1,2 &3 will need to be made far stronger than they are in a mono-racial country to compensate and unify the people. People are very tribal and no country with more than 2 minority groups consisting of 15%-25% seems to survive very long as a unified country in the historical context.
Some Examples of Modern Countries:
America:
1 - Formerly Strong but weakening (immigration and lack of language requirements are degrading it)
2 - Formerly Strong but weakening (degradation of the cultural history)
3 - Formerly Strong but weakening (multiple growing antagonistic sects)
4 - Multi-Racial with the majority population % weakening (immigration and low-birth rate is lowering the % of the former majority)
Future Outlook: Balkanization as majority glue is degraded will break up if drastic steps are not taken.
Japan:
1 - Strong ( Japanese is the primary language, any other language taught is always secondary ie English for business )
2 - Strong but weakening (degradation of traditional family structure)
3 - Strong (two majority religions, Shinto and Buddhism exist with no recent conflicts, atheism is taking it’s toll though)
4 - Mono-Racial ( while birthrates are low and plummeting, they are not resorting to immigration to replace themselves )
Future Outlook: While the population may plummet over the next 100 years, there will still exist a “Japan” be it a country with 100 million people or 10 million people.
I encourage you all to pick a country, put down the four parts of it and see what their future holds.

I tend to see the Islamic doctrine to be more like “Submit or Die!”
Multiculturalism is just the white “Pogrom”. Racism is an overused and abused term. Those who cry racism the most generally are the ones who are racist or just want their KIND of people.
I prefer a “faux-exist” sticker.
Diversity is an obstacle to overcome, not a goal to be achieved.
