I can't tell whether you said that tongue-in-cheek, sarcastically or straight faced. Obama basically did what he wanted for eight years by gutting the agencies and putting in his people, who would in turn hire like-minded liberal ideologues to fill the bureaucracies with the same.
Once these people are entrenched, they are de facto extensions of the democRAT party.
And he did this under cover of darkness, provided to him conveniently by the "we're-in-love-with-Obama", partisan media.
The reason no one seems to know how he committed this transformation of the federal bureaucracy into an incubator to spread the liberal ideology throughout government, is because the media didn't report on any of it.
“straight faced” - how he was able to take such complete control of the FBI, Defense Department and other agencies known as well disciplined and apolitical in the administration of their duties, remains a mystery to me.
It reminds me of Stalin’s day in Russia when every military and civilian agency was under the watchful eye of a political commissar.
