Selective amnesia as this was going on during the Obama administration, especially putting kids in cages. Load up planes and haul them back to Central America. Build the damn wall.
All of these regulations and such....drafted and passed in the Bush era, with mostly all Democratic votes via the House and Senate. They wanted a mechanism like this. Obama simply picked it up and ran it.
