I don’t think anyone pointed out that these plotters knew EXACTLY what they were doing. If not this is worse than the Keystone Kops but far more dangerous.

I gotta give Horowitz credit he resisted all the Rat attempts to call Trump on the carpet. He was very effective.

"IG Horowitz saying FBI explanations of conduct were "unconvincing" and "unpersuasive" is the equivalent of saying water is lacking dryness."

Wray’s smirking as he refuses to answer is really burning me up. Plus, anti-bias training is NOT a solution.

First reform that is needed is one that is universal in the medical industry: You cannot accept gifts worth more than $5 from anybody. No more sports tickets and other favors from reporters. Breaking that rule results in mandatory firing.

Second rule: No personal messages on your gov’t phone/email, etc. Your messages WILL be checked regularly. Inappropriate or biased messages result in penalties up to firing and/or prosecution. (Standard business procedure in most businesses.)

Third rule: If called to testify to Congress, you will answer all questions either publicly or privately if they pertain to confidential work. Failure to be forthright results in loss of employment, fines, and possible jail time.

Fourth rule: Where information is sought by Congress, if time is required for the reply, a reasonable time frame must be agreed at the time of subpoena. Failure to produce results in substantial penalties, which may include loss of employment and jail time.

Five: Pleading the Fifth concerning work on behalf of the government results in immediate loss of employment and permanently barred from direct or indirect (contract) government employment.

I can think of more, but this is the road to ending “bias,” and political games by law enforcement.

No need. That rule has been in place since the days I was working for the USG - 1993.

Can’t accept anything of value more than $10, and anything that would create the appearance of impropriety.

RE: FBI agents not allowed to accept gifts

If it's already the law, it's obviously not being enforced, so the reform needs to focus there. In view of the IG’s lame “Non-biased” bias judgment, that office sounds like a good place to start.

and if your brother officers/agents attempted such a thing, would YOU stop them?

or is the thin blue line a barrier that cannot be breached?
