I'll bet I did more work by the time I was 16 then all of them put together. Starting with working in Tobacco when I was 14. The best experience was working in a convalescent Home and seeing the real pain and struggles of elderly people down on their luck for the most part and on the way out. If you can't empathize with people after that you have no heart.
