The irony is that the guy who did figure it all out is a billionaire New York City real estate developer.
Trump is, like FDR, born into wealth but able to relate to the common man.
The billionaire developer spent his life making sure he talked to the maids, janitors, construction people, and cooks, so he knew what was really going on, rather than depending on his accountants reports.
That’s how he got to BE a billionaire.
