Then he shot up the Stockton schoolyard, killing himself. The shelved AW ban was pulled out and passed so fast no opposition could be mounted against it.

That was out if an estimated 350,000 owned.
By 2015, an estimated 1 million New Yorkers had forgotten to register theirs.
The old “lost in a canoe accident” won’t fly. You are required to report any loss or theft to police within a short time. If you don’t it’s a crime. If you file a false report, that’s a crime. Unless of course you owned the gun and lost it before that law was passed.

What if I decided to deny a Black person their rights, or prevent another person from using their first amendment rights, or infringed on anyone else Constitutional rights.

If they can do this to us, they why do we have to adhere to other Amendments?
Trump (and McConnell) have given us Gorsuch as a replacement for Scalia. One more such Supreme Court appointment and we will have a chance of restoring the Second Amendment.
Had Hillary won the election, the situation in the People's Republik of Kalifornia would have been beyond hopeless instead of just dire.
