Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein threatened to subpoena emails, phone records and other documents of Republican lawmakers on the House Intel Committee back in January, confirming previous reports.

On Tuesday night Jeff Sessions told Tucker Carlson that he did not believe Rosenstein threatened Congress.

The DOJ and FBI seem to be ran more and more like a mafia organization than a law enforcement entity. If this threat can be verified Rosenstein has to be fired immediately. This is third world criminal behavior.

Sessions on Fox News said he wasn’t at the meeting in question, but that he was relying on FBI Director Wray’s statement that Rosenstein’s threat wasn’t a threat! Apparently, Sessions doesn’t know these spooks all lie for each other.
