AG Sessions is actually a highly competent prosecutor who conducts investigations quietly without telegraphing his every move to the media. Which is exactly what anyone would want, it just offends the sensibilities of FReepers who thing they are entitled to know every detail in real time.
Think what you want, I could care less, as could Jeff Sessions. The truth will be known in the end and someone will look like a fool. It won’t be me.
How much less could you care? DURR HURR!
I am of essentially same opinion. He seems to be doing a good and careful job with immigration.
You could care less??
Why don't you care less?
I have no real insight, but I will say this.
Every T most be crossed & I dotted, all evidence (and I mean all!) gathered to have any chance of getting a conviction of any of the Clinton Crime Machine. The minute even some of the minor characters are indicted the MSM will go into full time defense. Can you imagine the firestorm that would occur if Hellary finally had her day in court and was acquitted? The firestorm of her indictment & trial will be bad enough! I still wonder how a jury will be picked? I just wish we could run the clock out on her and she would just croak! I think there would be a much quieter acceptance of Slick being indicted and brought to trial. Hellary & “The Cult of the Vagina” breeds unbelievable madness in people!
Sorry. Sessions is a nice man. Was a good Senator.
Does not, nor will he ever have the skill sets necessary to clean up
DOJ.
While I agree with what you say about Jeff, it still doesn’t change the fact that he is the wrong man for the job. Especially in the divisive climate of this country. He proves that he is not a man that can mount a fight for what is right. He had absolutely no reason to recuse himself except to avoid being in the cross-hairs along with President Trump.
Jeff Sessions said he was recused. No matter what happens, one should believe him, that he is doing nothing except leaving it up to Rod Rosenstein.
...The truth will be known in the end and someone will look like a fool. It wont be me.
Believing Sessions is recused when he says that he's recused, one could never look foolish.
You, on the other hand, will have to explain why you were wrong and why you refused to take Jeff Sessions at his word.
Ouch!
I have to respectfully disagree.
Speaking on my own behalf, as a retiree who successfully held down many jobs over the years, I believe I can compare my brief foray into sales with the Sessions situation.
I applied my brainpower and work ethic as best I knew how. I really gave it my all.
When all was said and done, however, the sales manager couldn't care less how hard I worked. He looked at the numbers at the end of the month.
Results were all that mattered.
The overwhelming evidence of crimes by the deep state and the Hillary syndicate has been sitting there for years now, yet nothing has happened other than a few Trump people being nailed to the wall.
I don't besmirch Sessions personally,
I'm just not seeing any results.
If he can't or won't get the job done, let's find someone who will.
Per his recusal, Jeff Sessions is legally forbidden from investigating any crimes or deep state activities that tie back to the 2016 election, which nearly all of them do.
We are looking at the biggest conspiracy to commit treason in our nation's history, and we're saddled with an Attorney General who is legally barred from investigating those crimes and the perpetrators.
Worse still, he refuses to resign, so that someone else can assume the post, and do what needs doing.
By refusing to sh!t OR get off the pot, Sessions has made himself a de-facto co-conspirator in the coup attemp against President Trump.
I expect this ‘Sessions is Mr. McGoo’ narrative will take a big hit on Thursday.
