You know I haven't been around that long, just somewhere between the 60 and 70 year mark, but for as long as I can remember the the ad campaigns and discount sales have always fallen around the same holidays and seasons.

I thought that sodas like certain fruit drinks that didn't meet the percent whole juice guidelines were disallowed for food stamp purchases. If that's not the case then the simple solution is to disallow them.
