The way is to insert height="" with a number between the quotes.
So instead of < img src="URL"> you have < img height="200" src="URL">
You can play with the height number. Usually I find that 150, 175, 200, 250 or 300 work best.
Of course, no space between < and img. Hope that's clear.
It is very helpful. It's one of the more updated versions on using HTML 4 markup language for the novice user. The early versions helped me to learn how to make use of HTML way back when and this one has evolved way beyond those early versions but it is still oriented towards to beginner or novice user.
BTW. There are several different articles or tutorials on using HTML on FR dating back maybe 15 to 18 years ago if IIRC. Just do a Keyword search for HTML and several hits will come back.
