Why do you believe he’s small fish?
For 30 years, he was Director of Security for the United States Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI).
“Wolfe was responsible for receiving, maintaining, and managing all classified information provided to the SSCI by the Executive Branch of the United States.”
After receiving information, he would contact the reporter(s) using encryption. He was having an affair with at least one of the reporters, and interestingly, their affair ended in December 2017, after Wolfe was confronted about the leaks.
We don’t know either way at this point, but Wolfe might just be the failing bottom card that brings the entire house down.

We know. Sessions’ DOJ reneged on their promise to provide unredacted memos to Jordan and Meadows. ‘Justice,’ is still playing for the Deep State team.
He is a small fish compared to McCabe, Comey, Clapper, Brennan
and of course Hillary just to name a few.

Medium size fish would be Podesta, Rosenstein, Strozk, McAbe, Wasserman-Shultz, Brazille .
Honestly had you ever heard of this guy before this? The importance of his job doesn't affect his fish size rating in my book.
