so far, the commies haven’t even been able to identify a single crime they could even ACCUSE him of
its all BullSheet!
(and if he (or any of our federal employees) ever did appear to have done anything really wrong, I would not hesitate to ask that it be investigated. its just that this Mueller stuff has produced nothing nada nil... and it just keeps dragging on and on and on and on and on... anyone on earth that an entire office full of aggressive attorneys can’t find any evidence against, after a full year.... is pretty damned squeaky clean! the Mueller gang needs to be told “YOU’RE FIRED!” .... do you just happen to know anyone who can deliver that message to them now?

It’s not a straw man.
President Trump was responding to the speculation in the press and amongst the democrats (I know - that’s redundant) as to whether it would be constitutional.
No matter which way he handled it, he would be excoriated in the press. Why should he ignore the constitutional question because some politician, somewhere (which includes the presstitutes) will gripe about it?
