As I’ve stated many times on this forum, in a truly civilized society, anyone who intentionally kills another person, except in self-defense, should be tried, and if convicted hanged within 10 days of the day the crime is committed. No appeals and no exceptions.

Absolutely. Civilization cannot survive if it allows thug killers to survive.
