It is an interesting historical coinky-dink that the muslims didn’t cut off our oil until we lost Vietnam.

Remember gas lines? Stagflation? Jimmah Carter?

All the direct result of losing in Vietnam.

A) Yeah and WWII and Korea, leaded gas at $.25 a gal. so?

B) Possible but doubtful, as stagflation began in ‘65; the gas lines were in ‘73 and Nam ended in ‘75; Carter was in 77. So time must have been running backward the or something which makes all the confusion understandable in hindsight ...
