I still believe it’s some kind of super body armor.

There are probably many people who want her dead for all of her crimes or losing the election(they paid and didn’t get to play).

It is not body armor.

If someone wanted her dead they would do the head shot with a crack sniper and they would not care at all if they hit anyone else around her. She has no head protection.

Even Type IV body armor does not protrude at the back like that in Hillary's photos. That is definitely a brace.

There have been some links given here on FR that show the braces used for mostly people with Parkinson's and they seem to fit the look.
