Not Parkinsons. I have seen it up close and personal twice from early to late. She does not have the gait for Parkinsons. Nor does she have most of the body motions, other than occasional shaking hands which can have other causes. She has other symptoms that are not Parkinsons like the extreme double vision back about 5-6 years ago (the Benghazi hearings). Those symptoms suggest some sort of brain injury. Seizures have clearly happened.
My bet is Parkinsons. Watched my elderly neighbor develop it and eventually die. It slowly bent him over until he walked bent at a 90deg angle. His wife finally had to put him in the VA to take care of him. Very sad. Extremely nice and kind man, retired Air Force.
