Precisely.
She apparently has some sort of neuromuscular disease (among other major issues, no doubt); and, I do not wish that on anyone.
That said, she is simply not able to be honest about ANYTHING.
Look up the characteristics of a psychopath. They would rather lie than tell the truth, even if the truth would serve them better. Could psychopathology be one of Hillary's major issues? Perhaps a psychiatric professional hereabouts might enlighten us further.
