Now this is winning! Federal unions must be broken up. At the very least, they must be changed to a right-to-work status and not be compulsory.

Actually you DO NOT have to be a member of the union to work in Federal Civil Service - it is NOT compulsory as many believe! Federal Government IS RIGHT TO WORK!
