A lot of truth to what you say. Remember that Bush’s strategy was to just ignore all the criticism. They essentially accused him of war crimes and all the accusations went unchallenged by him. (”Bush lied, people died” went without rebuttal.)
Granted, he won re-election, but he also handed the government off to Obama when he was done with it, probably because he never fought the liberal MSM narrative.
Trump isn’t letting them get away with their narrative. He makes it clear to the public that both the Dems and most of the MSM don’t give a hoot about the voters, just their votes.
And if blacks and Hispanics finally figure that out, the Dems will be a minority party for decades.
Exactly, when Bush left he was very unpopular and the Dems won more Congressional seats during his last term. When you have a great President like Reagan or Trump, people want a third term so your vice-President is a shoo in and you maintain Congress.
