Deep State drugging up and paying kids to do this? Not a conspiracy theorist here, and I don't think the deep state has to drug up these kids to start with. So many are on anti-depressants and ADD/ADHD related medications these days that it's likely we're going to find out here's another medicated kid that went on a shooting spree.
Any bets this is another kid that was bullied too? That also seems to be a big part of the pattern these days.

Bullied and medicated seem to be almost always two of the signs. But the media doesn't want to discuss it in a meaningful way.

Bullying is horrible & evil, but most parents think their “angels” would never do such a thing.
