Shortened title.

Full title: SEKULOW: We Have Uncovered Thousands of Docs Showing Pay-to-Play Between Hillary State Department and Clinton Foundation

An attorney for Trump, Jay Sekulow announced Wednesday the American Center for Law and Justice uncovered thousands of documents showing Clinton Foundation pay-to-play with Hillary’s State Department through a FOIA lawsuit.

We have uncovered a ‘favor factory’ the ACLJ reported on Wednesday.

There was no firewall between the State Department and the Clinton Foundation as Hillary previously claimed to the public.

What we all knew about Washington DC has now been exposed and being proven. Behold the City of Corruption! Thank God we have President Trump and his Administration to drain the Swamp of these corrupt, amoral, treasonous hacks.

More corruption uncovered.

I don’t think we want to go there given Cohen apparently banked millions in p4p fees in the Trump admin.

Nope, speedy trial can only be for us. We need time to prepare sometimes. The government shouldn’t be able to rush us. On the other hand, the accused should always be able to demand speedy trials. If the prosecution isn’t ready, charges dropped.

Keep an eye on the FBI field office and US Attorney in Little Rock. They’ve been investigating the Foundation for a RICO action. It’s a great venue for a trial—the Clintons are despised in Arkansas.

Right to a speedy trial does not equal a mandate for a speedy trial. It’s a right the defendant can choose to exercise. They rarely do, as it’s usually to their advantage to drag things out as long as possible.

Yes, only 3 Vice Presidents have succeeded other than by a death or resignation--Jefferson after Adams, Van Buren after Jackson, and George H. W. Bush after Reagan. Gore was almost the fourth case.

Adams and Jefferson were unique in having been the opposing candidates (in 1796 and 1800)--before the 12th amendment changed the procedure for how the electors vote. Since then the Vice President has usually been selected to balance the ticket and often isn't someone with that much clout on his own.

Nixon, of course, was a former Vice President, but lost in 1960 and only won 8 years later. Humphrey made a fairly strong showing in 1968 despite LBJ's unpopularity--he seemed to be winning back discontented Democrats in the final days before the vote so might have won if the election had been a few days later. Mondale in 1984 was a former VP but didn't do quite as well--barely carried one state (his own) by a few thousand votes, plus the District of Criminals.

The pay-to-play model is morphing into “pay-to-say” with a First Amendment twist.

PAY-TO-SAY and PAY-TO-PLAY both interfering with our president now.
