Looks like he finally figured out that imposing tariffs on steel and aluminum actually puts U.S. industries that USE steel and aluminum as raw materials at a disadvantage against foreign competitors.
Even with a tariff bulk Al and steel are dirt cheap. The stuff just isn’t that expansive.
