Good point. Why not investigate the disgraced Lois Lerner? She is now being sued in civil court. Yet no action by Session.
It is said Lois Lerner made a secret confession that led to Koskinen resigning. There was a play being prepared to go after Trump using the IRS. Getting Lerner to flip put an end to that IRS putsch. In return, she’s been left alone.
U1 is an enormous investigation. It will go on for much longer than many expect.

But those invoved are all fellow swamp critters where he spent 22 years as a senator.
The DOJ a long time ago (a year or so ago) announced it was not going to pursue Lerner. The issue is closed.
