On the other hand, so far, Trump has not been hurt by his and Stormy’s case. If anything, his popularity has increased. :)

Oh well, I tried. You can lead a horse to water, but there’s no use crying over spilled milk.

Few things are more entertaining than the left's outrage that conservatives refused to abandon Trump. They didn't care that he might've banged a porn star. They cared that we didn't care!

Maybe with the IRS on his case, his bank records will have to be revealed, or else.

Don’t think it is legal to leak bank records obtained by the IRS.
However, the fact he did not show them to the court tells us
he is hiding something.

I agree there. The IRS can compel him to produce his records, but they are still confidential.

Been reading a lot of stories on Mr. Avenatti and he seems to be heavy on brash talk, pretty lean on legal expertise.
Historically, flamboyant "activist" attorneys like Avenatti, Kunstler, Johnnie Cochran, Allred, ad nauseum have terrible won/loss records. They really don't know Jack Schitt about the law. If I had to so much as go to court over a parking violation, he'd be the LAST SOB I'd want for representation. Become your own lawyer and you'll have a fool for a client. Hire a shyster like Avenatti and you'll have a DAMN fool for a client. What's the difference between Avenatti and a rooster? The rooster cluck defiant...

Unless they are submitted as evidence. I’ve used this tactic many times in discovery to get people to settle as the court documents and transcript are public record.

Stormy tweeted a while back that she wasn’t paying him which implied that someone else was.
