The heat required to fry burgers must kill all e-coli, because I have never gotten intestinal issues from eating fast food burgers since 1960, when I first had my McDonald’s burger and fries in Iowa City.
As for washing hands, few people in kitchen staff wash hands with soap for 3 minutes, regardless of age. Thank God for the strong stomach acid, which can burn human skin.

Actually I’ve been going there recently and the Quarter pounders are noticeably better.
They taste more like beef burgers. If its true that they rely on fresher meat, that explains it.
