Once again, you do not need enzymes from any other source than your own body. It defies science to suggest otherwise. Glyphosate has been used for decades without any negative impact. Glyphosate has been tested on animals for decades as well. If your fears had any validity, something would have become apparent by now. Until there is scientific evidence to support your fear, your fear is irrational.
These so called "Man made chemicals" have been improving our quality of life for a long time. They have made our food supply safer and have contributed significantly to our longevity. Apparently we are smart enough to manage this for our benefit. You whine about these things but you probably wouldn't be alive today without them.
Once again, you are looking at a very small picture. Tests by humans are very very limited and scope and cant account for infinite possible interactions and future consequences when considering all possible products of decay in the future. We do not even begin to understand what can happen.
My ancestors grew their own crops without manmade chemicals and those who didnt die of accidents lived to 90+ years old. There was no family history of cancer or allergies since we started keeping records in the early 1800s.
Since the introduction of manmade chemicals into our foods, I have multiple family members who have died of cancer and a huge percentage are born with severe allergies today. Including allergy to their own mother’s milk. There is clearly something happening and the biggest change to our biology has been introduction of so many manmades into everything we consume.
Nobody can “prove” a specific cause because biology and our biosphere are so interconnected and complex.
Today I grow all my own crops and harvest/filter my own rainwater with no manmades even contacting my food. I have not felt sick in years like I used to when eating chemicals and feel better than I did in my 20s.
We dont need to use manmade chemicals on such a scale. We are smart enough to use what nature already has and feed ourselves without introducing unknown new chemicals into the biosphere. Unfortunately, chemicals are much more profitable than pure knowledge so here we are...
