I’m not sure there’s a statue of limitations on treason. He’s not worried about perjury.

I think Sessions has been quietly working with his own carefully selected team on some of the stuff that is starting to come out now. Trump is quick to fire anyone he believes is ineffective in his job. It’s been almost 18 months. If Trump was not satisfied with what Sessions is working on, he would have been fired a long time ago. The jabs against Seasions by Trump are drama. The Dems have come to realize this too as the noose starts tightening around them. By having Sessions work in the shadows, Trump has protected him as a target from the Dema and the Media while he does his job.

That’s my theory and I hope I’m right.

That’s ok...I’m thinking there are a lot more things, for which the statute of limitations has NOT run out.
