Maybe it is hate speech or some kind of religious symbolism. Might offend somebody if it is removed. Might offend somebody if it stays.

It’s vandalism.

I think we need to encourage this Behavior by building an extensive hardened tall canvas all across the southern border.

At the maximum security prison in my state there are signs on the wall saying that if you [inmate] get closer to the wall than 50 feet you will be shot. There wasn’t any graffiti on that wall.

crazy - it’s on the south side- likely done by illegals or illegal sympathizers - that are defacing govt property, yet this border patrol agent who clearly isn’t focused on his job priorities wants to determine if its artwork?

people on the south side shouldn’t be touching the fence/wall let alone graffiting/muralling anything on it.

Graffiti is vandalism.

One of the big steps in reclaiming Central Park in the 1980’s was to remove all graffiti.

Immediate removal policy for graffiti now.

It is defacing public property. Sandblast it off immediately.

Title 36 - Parks, Forests, and Public Property
§ 2.31 Trespassing, tampering and vandalism.
(3) Vandalism. Destroying, injuring, defacing, or damaging property or real property.

And somebody should be charged the clean up/removal cost as well if caught doing so.

Put deportees to work painting over the graffiti as part of their removal from the country. Each illegal gets his own little area to cover. If they refuse, they can think about their choice while looking at the walls of their jail cell.

So unauthorized racist and anti-American graffiti/murals on walls and overpasses (which are nothing new) are OK if done by artists with some skill? There is a building in San Diego’s beautiful Balboa Park that has been covered by such “art” for years.

So what. Fences are not artists canvasses. They never owned the fence to begin with. Never got permision from the owners to paint it.

One day , I was shocked to see a Latino fellow painting a graffiti covered wall in broad daylight, near my home. I leapt into action and called the cops, only to tell them “nevermind” when I realized the guy was a maintenance man, painting over the graffiti.

Upside down US flag — artwork.
MAGA — vandalism.
