At the very least both Magoo and Rosenstein are conflicted, so they have to recuse. I honestly have no idea who will run the investigation beyond DJT digging down the DOJ chain of command until some non-Swamp creature is found (which might be a terrific idea). I'm sure DJT has planned this out and we'll know more as the new week unfolds.
