The Obama administration paid Halper over $400,000 to spy on the Trump campaign!! Where's the outrage? Why is not a special investigator appointed to investigate the criminal activities of the Obama administration? The revelation of these activities by Halper and payment to Halper warrant an immediate investigation. Nothing but crickets. Republicans need to act, not just talk.
