If they would just focus on delivering their product, than trying to appease every Tom, Dick and Beaner who has a complaint, they would be better off.

Why hasn't Starbucks identified the alleged culprit (at least internally if not publicly) and why haven't they announced the person was fired?
Sometimes they dont hear the name right. Probaly what happened here. The vowel sounds in the Peter and Beaner are the same.

Starbucks caved on the last issue, now they are open game for settlements. Just like Denny’s.
It’s not a huge stretch of the imagination that “Beaner” and “Peter” sound similar, if it’s noisy and perhaps Peter has a heavy accent. That the order taker typed it into the system seems to make this a more likely scenario.
A couple of Black guys violate the trespass law and essentially get $150K.
A Mexican doesn’t even violate the law, is actually a paying customer, seems he should get double......$300k.
