I thought Starbucks was such a progressive minded virtue signalling corporation. Aren't supposed to be hypersensitive to anything that even hints at insensitivity. Racism within their own corporate culture? SAY IT AIN'T SO!! Just goes to show the guilty dog barks the loudest. The ones who point there fingers are the ones with the filthy hands.

Most Starbucks workers, especially in California, are foreigners who can’t understand or speak English very well.
Peter, Beaner, they sound alike to a foreigner.
And I’ll bet this guy spoke with an accent himself.

But this whiner will now get himself on CNN and collect big bucks from Starbucks.

I’ll bet this guy gave the Starbucks “barista” the name “Beaner” when he placed his order just so he could scream racism and collect some bucks.

StarExpensiveBucks has stepped on it's own dick twice in just a few weeks.

If they would just focus on delivering their product, than trying to appease every Tom, Dick and Beaner who has a complaint, they would be better off.

Instead they are focusing on all of the obstacles and distractions. They've lost sight of what their core business is. Selling coffee.

Not playing community activists and social justice warriors.

The customer should be able to identify the person who took the order.

The label has a time stamp and the employees number.

Why hasn't Starbucks identified the alleged culprit (at least internally if not publicly) and why haven't they announced the person was fired?

An article on huffandpuffington post said that he got the coffee on Tuesday afternoon, yet the receipt shows it was in the morning.

Sometimes they dont hear the name right. Probaly what happened here. The vowel sounds in the Peter and Beaner are the same.

It’s not a huge stretch of the imagination that “Beaner” and “Peter” sound similar, if it’s noisy and perhaps Peter has a heavy accent. That the order taker typed it into the system seems to make this a more likely scenario.

A couple of Black guys violate the trespass law and essentially get $150K.

A Mexican doesn’t even violate the law, is actually a paying customer, seems he should get double......$300k.
