BREAKING NEWS.

Inspector General Horowitz found “reasonable grounds” for believing there has been a violation of federal criminal law in the FBI’s handling of the Hillary Clinton email investigation. Horowitz has referred his findings of potential criminal misconduct to Huber for possible criminal prosecution, says investigative reporter, Paul Sperry. Buckle up because IG Horowitz’s report is going to light DC up.

Investigative reporter, Paul Sperry dropped this gem Thursday afternoon:

Sperry tweeted: BREAKING: IG Horowitz has found “reasonable grounds” for believing there has been a violation of federal criminal law in the FBI/DOJ’s handling of the Clinton investigation/s and has referred his findings of potential criminal misconduct to Huber for possible criminal prosecution.

“The TRUST SESSIONS crew thinks an investigation takes place in a sealed room, with people sitting around and brainstorming, or perhaps practicing remote viewing. It’s crazy.”

lol...too true. Nevermind the fact that 97% of DOJ contributions went to hillary rotten clinton...If I took enough oxy, I could imagine the recused Sessions sitting around the table with hillary voters brainstorming about indicting hillary—Yeah right.

Yep ...... a few more pounds and Hillary could fill that spot.

Think of the IG report as a police department’s “Internal Affairs” section.

Key: “...Horowitz has referred his findings of potential criminal misconduct to Huber for possible criminal prosecution...”

It means official recognition that laws have likely been broken, and it is being passed to a body for prosecution.

This is a good thing. Once this happens, and in such a public light, charges will almost likely be brought.

Let’s see. I cannot WAIT to hear Dan Bongino today. The man is going to be on fire.

Hopefully it’s not a negligible distinction being asserted like “extremely careless” vs “gross negligence”

Yep. The IG report on McCabe was released about a month ago.
Not two months ago. I was mistaken.

“Choosing Huber was brilliant on several levels.”

assuming Huber is a straight arrow, then absolutely brilliant, because, given that he’s an obama appointee, the leftist fake stream media will have a much more difficult time trying to impugn his integrity ...

I agree.

When it is handed off from the IG on a public stage like this ...there are going to be prosecutions.

I understand how people are fed up with delays. I don’t care if the wheels grind relatively slowly...as long as they grind finely.

“The Whole Scandal Comes Crashing Down” is the title of Bongino’s
Podcast today. Should be a barn burner.

Hopefully it’s not a negligible distinction

Which is probably exactly what the Left is trying to do in favor of the government (RS is easier than PC) because, as we all know, the Left is ALWAYS in favor of the government over the individual.

If a U.S. Attorney is going to convene a grand jury in this case to consider criminal charges against crooked DOJ/FBI officials, is there any jurisdiction where a grand jury is more likely to return indictments than Utah?

This is THE most important component of the Huber involvement. In the DC market, the jury pool would be from DC, northern VA and MD. Those areas are relexively democrat at nearly 80%. It's why democrat inaugurals are so populated - an overwhelming supply of supporters who can take a half-hour bus or train ride, plus so many are government employees and have the day off.

There is simply no way they would convict or even consider returning indictments against these prominent "resistance members." America's best chance at resolving this is to keep it out of democrat strongholds.

“This is a good thing”

No, this is not a good thing. Sessions and the deep state are using the IG as a stalling and whitewash tactic.

There’s a mountain of high crimes and high treason staring that beady-eyed rat bastard right in the face...He does nothing. He’s done nothing except put the mueller coup into action.

Not so fast! Sessions needs to examine the complexities of the issue for a few more years, maybe until the statue of limitations expires.

When something is referred, that is the first official step toward prosecution. Prosecution cannot take place without it.

Take heart, FRiend.

Thus, IG Horowitz should be saying, “’PROBABLE CAUSE’ FBI Violated FEDERAL LAW in Bureau’s Handling of Hillary...”

Stronger and more likely actionable in using the actual wording of the Fourth Amendment.
