Former Sen. Harry Reid undergoes surgery for pancreatic cancer

Former Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid has undergone surgery for pancreatic cancer.
The operation, first reported on Twitter by KLAS-TV journalist George Knapp and confirmed by a source close to the powerful former lawmaker, took place Monday morning.
“They caught it early. The doctors believe it went well, and he is expected to make a full recovery,” the source told The Nevada Independent.
Reid, 78, served for 30 years in the Senate before retiring following a debilitating eye injury. He was succeeded by Democratic Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto.
Along with Republican former House Speaker John Boehner, Reid is co-chair of the nascent MGM Resorts International Public Policy Institute at UNLV.

When I see folks like McCain and Reid, who have been fertilizing evil all these years, suddenly become diagnosed with the most terminal of cancers, I wonder if this isn't just an exit strategy. Are they dieing? or preparing to flee?

McCain has already died. He is on ice in Arizona to allow the governor to name Cindy McQueeg to finish out Juan McQueeg’s term so she will be able to run in November as an incumbent.
My prediction is that BOTH McQueeg and Reid will assume room temperature by the midterm elections.

OUCH!! Pancreatic cancer is one of the worst, the one that killed Justice Rehnquist, because the pancreas is such a vital organ that it cannot be removed.
