Robert Mueller’s Gaping Self-Inflicted Wound
The American Spectator ^ | May 14, 2018 | GEORGE PARRY

Posted on 05/14/2018 9:38:11 AM PDT by PJ-Comix

On February 16, 2018, Special Counsel Robert Mueller obtained a federal indictment of 13 Russian nationals and 3 Russian companies for conspiring to wage “information warfare” by “impairing, obstructing, and defeating the lawful functions of the United States by dishonest means in order to enable Defendants to interfere with U.S. political processes, including the 2016 presidential election.”

According to the indictment, in 2014 the defendants, posing as U.S. persons, contacted American political and social activists on social media sites. Using information derived from these contacts, they structured disinformation operations to be used in the upcoming presidential election.

Mueller’s a lazy, hubris infected insider who thinks if he just shows up it’s good enough.

Other than a couple of guilty pleas to perjury under oath, will this BS investigation amount to anything? Simple answer... NO!

At the arraignment, Concord’s lead counsel, Eric Dubelier, was asked whether he represents Concord Catering, another one of the charged Russian companies. He replied that he did not and added, “I think we’re dealing with the government having indicted the proverbial ham sandwich. That company didn’t exist as a legal entity during the time period alleged by the government.”

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Ham sandwich .... it's what's on the Mueller menu.

He’ll rely on Big Media to ignore the trial with great diligence.

You’d think the fool would be so embarrassed that he’d silently slink away, but he’s dumber than a box of rocks.

Is Mueller a White Hat, or an incompetent boob who is as helpful as a White Hat in his gross incompetence and blatant ineffectiveness, or is he an incompetent Black Hat who is failing the Deep State's desires to derail Trump? As long as he can't land a glove on Trump, I'm OK with it.

While "trusting the plan" I have no idea how Mueller is a useful part of "the plan".

I am missing something....

He replied that he did not and added, “I think we’re dealing with the government having indicted the proverbial ham sandwich. That company didn’t exist as a legal entity during the time period alleged by the government.” [Emphasis added]

Then, hinting at more of the graymail yet to come, he remarked darkly that, “We now know that the special counsel apparently has access to [Concord’s] confidential filings at the Office of Foreign Assets Control, which in and of itself is a disturbing fact.”

Mueller may have committed a crime in the pursuit of trying to concoct a crime. Sweet.

Mueller’s job was to get fired, so Ryan (Romney) and McConnell (Bush) could announce that Trump has to go.

Why would he think otherwise? Until now, it has worked a charm for him.

The ultimate embarrassment will only happen if the judge dismisses the indictment with prejudice.

“So, what does all of this mean? Metaphorically speaking, it would appear that the yapping dog chasing the car has sunk its teeth into the spinning tire. There is no way for Rover to escape injury. Even if Mueller and his pit bulls win the discovery battle and the case at trial, what’s the prize? A $500,000 fine or compensation to victims? How will they collect?”

This paragraph is worth reading the whole sorted article. We need to start calling Mueller “Rover!” Mueller now needs a “dentist!”

Concord didn't hire these lawyers to get a stupid indictment dismissed. Their goal is to FIGHT any attempt to dismiss the charges and force Mueller's team to take the case to trial. They want to get their hands on a boatload of sensitive information in the discovery process.
