This ought to be the norm for the entire USA. Under the Second Amendment law, ALL law abiding Americans should be allowed to carry a firearm.

The 2ns re-affirms all Citizens HAVE that inalienable Right (’allowed’ infers requiring ‘permission’).

It is GOVT, the so-called ‘protector of the People\Rights’, that is infringing (States refuse to curtail Fed and vice versa)
