I went to the hearing that occurred in Connecticut a few years ago in which he testified under oath.He blamed "two black guys"...the live-in tutor that they had...and his own brother.A child could tell that he was lying through his teeth.
I'm not a lawyer but it's easy to imagine that they won't try to try him again.So unlike OJ,who did about two years for killing two,Skakel did eleven years for killing one.Don't know how long Robert Blake did however.
On the plus side I got to talk to Martha's mother for a few minutes during a break in the proceedings.A delightful,determined,woman for sure.

Well, at least Nevada put him it prison in Lovelock for NINE years, and prison is prison no matter who puts you there.
