9. Conflicts of Interest. Comey and Rosenstein are going to be witnesses in this investigation. Mueller is a close friend of both, which is a massive conflict of interest. The entire point of appointing a Special Counsel is because DOJ investigators generally have conflicts of interest regarding the Executive branch, and certainly at DOJ and FBI. So they are supposed to select an outsider. Rosenstein took a buddy from the FBI. That is a straight up conflict of interest. Mueller should never have been approved as Special Counsel. . . . and as Judge Ellis noted, Rosenstein is potentially a witness (well, the closest thing Muller seems to have as a witness) and therefore should have recused himself. Rosenstein never had any business giving Muller or anyone else a mandate as Special Counsel. All of which points to Judge Ellis having the duty to throw Mueller out of his court. As someone pointed out on FNC last nite, the SC witch hunts primary function is a diversion to keep Hillary and Barak out of the hoosegow.

(Presses can be 'associated,' or presses can be independent. Demand independent presses.)
