The only place that Mueller should go is to prison and for a long time.

There is only one reason: There has been no report of a crime having been committed.

Only need one. He is not qualified. Not sure he could cross a street without help.

8. There is no legal authority to appoint a special counsel ever since Congess allowed the law to expire in 1999. DOJ pulled this out of their butt with a CFR regulation.

All Sessions has to do is remove that regulation from the books of DOJ, and suddenly, the Special Counsel is illegal without legal basis.

Session is so stupid or lazy or weak or timid or swampish he doesn’t do squat at DOJ but chase pot smokers (which I am fine with but that is the least of our national worries).

Sessions needs to be fired post haste. Maybe it is not too late to give Giuliani the job.

9. Conflicts of Interest. Comey and Rosenstein are going to be witnesses in this investigation. Mueller is a close friend of both, which is a massive conflict of interest. The entire point of appointing a Special Counsel is because DOJ investigators generally have conflicts of interest regarding the Executive branch, and certainly at DOJ and FBI. So they are supposed to select an outsider. Rosenstein took a buddy from the FBI. That is a straight up conflict of interest. Mueller should never have been approved as Special Counsel.

I disagree with Townhall on one point; there is nothing wrong with having sex with a porn star if you wear your “jimmy”, take a shower right afterwards, and finish off that leftover penicillin from the last time you had strep throat.

70 Blank Subpoenas....really, nothing more needs to be said.

Do you want to know why?

From the information gleaned from the pen register of Cohen’s phone, every person that Cohen has/had contact with, in the last 10 years, is having background checks and criminal history’s done, as we speak. Their family members are getting the same treatment.

Mueller doesn’t need to tap any of them. All he has to do is have an investigator, that knows how to use the cellphone software to approximate your location and document when the calls were made to or from Cohen.

Mueller and his team will zero in on a few of them. Maybe they have some issues with the IRS, they got a DUI, their kid got caught with some cocaine, MDMA, Xanax and wants to get into law school. Maybe they have some shady business dealings that have flown under the radar.

One day they’ll be approached with all their dirty laundry and Mueller will pounce. He will try to get them to flip on Cohen.

It’s very simple. Did you speak to Cohen last Tuesday? No, sir. Our records indicate you did. You’re under arrest for violating, 18USC1001, Lying to Federal Investigators. Of course, all of this goes away if they hand over Cohen.

Did you speak to Cohen on Monday afternoon? Yes I did. What about? None of your business. Where were you, when you placed that call. At my office on the Upper East side. Our records indicate that you were in Westchester at the time of the call. You’re under arrest for violating, 18USC1001, Lying to Federal Investigators. Of course, all of this goes away if they hand over Cohen.

3. He Has Over Played An Empty Hand.

Are these the same idiots who said Mueller should be fired 6 months ago (or more)? And now they have the gall to say, "well we waited patiently and Mueller overplayed his hand"? Idiots.

The prime directive here is keeping the investigation going to protect the real crimes by the Clinton Cartel, which includes Obama, Mueller, Omeg, and Rosenstein.
