No doubt, but if he did it to help Trump's chances in the campaign then it probably needed to be reported.

And we know those words were never spoken so it remains a personal matter for all intensive purposes, unless we want to now prosecute thought crimes or our view of the matter which may or not be the case.

He already said on Fox and Friends that Cohen represented him with Stormy. So he knew.

Accountants just don't pay invoices. And if they do, then it must be routine.

Typically, in these matters, anyone who may be at risk has the work done, not the other way around. If it was the other way around, and being this close to the election, Cohen would have asked how to handle it.

At this point it’s conjecture. I was making the point that the nondisclosure did not need to go both ways so DJT did not have to be aware of the agreement and the fact that he didn’t sign it supports that it was handled by his lawyer.

Perhaps in the end we will have more facts perhaps not. In my opinion it is an irrelevancy. I parse it one way and you another, thank you for your courtesy.
