what that really means is:
“we can’t find Americans to do this work in return for nothing at all”
liberal tech tycons hear about what Ag bosses can get away with out in the sweltering crop fields and they set about doing the same thing.
I say prosecute the tech chiefs for lying to Congress and saying that there just aren’t enough Americans who can do this work.
What they are saying is “Indians smart. Americans dumb.”
