If Trump hasn’t commented on this, then that means there is something afoot. If this is as outrageous as it appears, I’d think Trump would tweet about it in outrage.
I’ll say this, that if the mid terms come and the DOJ and AG are as do nothing as they’ve been, I’m out and done with this crap...then it’s truly pitchfork time.
I’m a big Trump supporter and also a backer of Sessions, but we all have our limits.
But, I suspect that there is something going on in a bigger way. Again, if Trump isn’t screaming bloody murder, got to ask....Why??
Q is the RenFair guy who insists on being Henry VIII every.single.time, and none of the other RenFair Henry VIII guys can lay a claim to the weekend warrior throne because Q knows the Tudor canon -- the arcane, the profane, the insane -- backwards and forwards.
If the IG report is as anticlimactic as Horowitz’ Fast and Furious investigation indicates it will be, all but the most diehard believers will start waking up then. Of course, some will believe forever; it’s become a matter of personal pride and identity with them.

My two possible reasons why this agent is getting off.

That's why the Deep-State Swamp isn't being investigated and dismantled as it should be.
Those involved are corrupt. Neither side can reveal the workings of the D-SS without revealing their own activities and complicit actions.
It's the equivalent of political Mutually Assured Destruction.
Only someone outside the system can expose them and take them down.
But this outsider would need help from an honest media that itself were independent and outside the corrupt system and willing to investigate and report the inner workings and the people involved in the corrupt system.
