Europe has this quirk, IMHO, of seemingly long periods of complacency followed by very bloody episodes. I can't shake the feeling something is stirring on the continent.
If I were a recent migrant acting like an entitled a**hole, I wouldn't get too comfortable.

Have the local governments display crosses in all government buildings and President Trump can issue an EO for federal buildings.
The states would have no choice but to follow suit.

Bavaria is the last holdout in 19th century's German unification under Prussia as far as I know. It seems to have a historical pride and is strong enough to go on its own. From what I hear, it is conservative compared with other regions of Germany. I am sure there are Freepers who have first-hand experience and can fill in many details.

Lived there for a WEEK, and I started entertaining fantasies of staying permanently. The beer... the food... the architecture... the scenery... and the seemingly HUGE cohort of beautiful women. Few places on earth seem quite as nice.
