I hate bananas, in ALL of its forms ( except for banana bread ), so NEVER do them; but, thanks for posting the hint, as others may be interested it the “how to”! :-)
I hate them too. Can’t stand the smell when someone is eating one on the bus or in Starbucks.
I eat my bananas straight, or in smoothies. But our local Hispanic store sells boxes of chocolate to melt and make the chocolate-covered frozen bananas. It looks kind of wonderful, and I will have to try.
