During arguments at the Supreme Court on Wednesday, the justices seemed, by a narrow margin, to be leaning toward upholding the the third iteration of the Trump travel ban.
Justice Anthony Kennedy, who is often the deciding vote in close cases, for example, made repeated comments suggesting that the court does not usually second-guess a president's national security decisions — even in the context of an immigration law that is seen as banning discrimination based on nationality.
If the court does decide in favor of the government — a decision is expected in June — it would be a big win for one of the pillars of the president's politics. It's an issue that animates the bases of both parties, appealing to the grievance politics of Trump's supporters and outraging the moral sensibilities of the left. Between the travel ban and the proposed wall along the U.S.-Mexico border, that idea of exclusion is fueling the resistance to Trump and firing up liberals for this year's midterms.

I’ll sometimes drop in on the local NPR affiliate station to see what sewage they’re spewing. The Morning Edition segment gives me the creeps with their dripping self-righteous, droning virtue signaling. Calling it ‘news’ is a violation of the language. Nina is one of the worst, next to Diane Rehm.

Well, you’re not making a whole lot of sense here. First of all there is no way that a lower court can stay a Supreme Court decision and unless you can show me president I think you need to vacate that idea of yourself.
If a federal judge tries to do this, the Administration is under no obligation to follow an illegal ruling which usurps that of the USSC.
You know, there is a reason it is referred to as the SUPREME COURT.....right?

• Are told they are soft on terrorism
• See a soldier stand and salute the flag
• Can’t get stubborn facts to cooperate with their fictional narratives
You may not be aware of this but since this whole attempt to stop Trump from carrying out his constitutional duties to protect the nation, the application of those attempting to immigrate to America from the countries named has trickled and almost stopped completely due to an extraordinary heightened vetting process put in place by this Administration.
"(e) Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.
