I agree the Democrats will take both the House and Senate very easily. But Republican voters will not turn on Trump. The two reasons the Democrats will sweep is they do have an energized base, but also because Trump voters detest the Republicans in congress as much as they detest the Democrats. Trump voters are going to come out and vote for these people.

They may pick up some seats in the House but they are going to lose seats in the Senate.
Taking the Senate will be tough this time, given the election in play. I don’t think they will. But, should they take just the house, life as we know it will be over. Very little gets done, now. Yes we have the tax bill, the cancelled ACA mandate, and Gorsuch. But if the Dems even just take the house, there well be a complete stalemate. Nothing will get done. Absolutely nothing.
If the GOP loses the congress they have no one to blame but themselves. Trump has been thwarted by the GOP congress far more than the Democrats. They have had to do very little to stop Trump because the GOP is being shown for the mushy just left of center liberals they are by Trump and they resent the hell out of their cover being blown. They are expected to vote and behave like the conservatives they ran as and Trump blew that little 20 year con job to smithereens.
Trump will win re-election easy in 2020 and be the last Republican president. The deep state and leftist in the uniparty will see to that.
