Probably a nice aircraft. But really, Sukhoi, is there a need for ANOTHER light, sub-sonic jet like this one? In what environment would it thrive better than existing jets and some turbo-prop attack aircraft?

Its a trainer airplane for beginner pilots.
Makes no sense to train them in an F-16 or F-35.
When they gain experience, they upgrade to a more advanced plane.
Is that a F-5 UP date?
