When in my early 20s I started a job at a major teaching hospital that I would eventually spend decades working for.My first job was working in the Pathology Department. One day I had to go into the autopsy room to get something. The autopsy room was lined with vessels of various sizes which contained various organs. It was a major teaching and research hospital and that's why that was true.Large vessels contained hearts, lungs, livers, etc and several of the smaller ones contained eyes..which I recall clearly.

On the shelf there was a jar that looked like a quart-sized mayonnaise jar that contained several fetuses. This was before Roe v Wade so I assume they were miscarriages and stillbirths.

These children were about the size of my thumb and were *clearly* tiny human beings...there's *no way* that anyone looking at them would describe them as blobs of tissue. One of the children was so perfectly formed that you could clearly see that he/she needed his/her fingernails clipped.

It's an image from almost 50 years ago but I can still see it as if it was yesterday.

Not in any way equal to a baby or a child? Dream on,abortionists!

BTW...assuming that that photo is “Willie” I wonder if he understands that he and those of his ilk are doing to black people what the KKK could only dream of doing....killing millions, and millions, and millions of black children.

How fortunate for America that this cretin was affirmative-actioned into med school.

I wonder what the white man he displaced is doing now.

Maybe he should become more aware of the Hippocratic Oath, which reads, “.... I will not give to a woman a pessary to cause abortion.” Oh, I’m sure he’s read it, but he can pass it off as just a bunch of old “Greek” stuff.

That statement may be grounded in medical truth. But it is also grounded in bad philosophy.

No Mike, its grounded in lies and deceit.

“Before twenty two weeks, a fetus is not in any way equal to ‘a baby’ or ‘a child.’ It cannot survive outside the uterus because it cannot breathe – not even on a respirator. It cannot form anything like thoughts.”

The same could be said of bald eagles.

But; unlike unborn humans, unborn eagles have the FULL protection of the United States Government.

I'd like to thank the United States Government for protecting me and my kind.

You see, 40 years ago, my odds of making it out of the egg, alive, were very poor; about 80% of us died.

But a lady discovered our plight and wrote a book that addressed our problem,
and, in 1972, a law was ammended protecting us even further. (http://www.fws.gov/midwest/eagle/protect/laws.html)

What I find strange is that the same government passed a law the very next year that allowed for killing
of unborn, and apparently unwanted, humans.  Little ones still nestled safely in their Mother's womb.
Around 25% of them are dying before birth - on average nearly 3,300 - every day of the year.

I hear that by now, somewhere around 58 MILLION of them have perished.
Wouldn't that kind of mess up the humans plans for growth, and welfare, and
retirement?

Strange birds; these Homo Sapiens.  Perhaps they'll come to their senses
before they are ALL dead!

Parker makes the claim that up until 29 weeks there is a scientific consensus that the unborn “cannot feel anything like pain.”

That is an outright lie. It originated from a paper published by a group of abortionists, with the intent of providing themselves cover for their evil activity. The paper did not contain any actual objective evidence that fetuses do not feel pain.

The fact is that the nervous system begins to develop very early on. The brain develops between 2 and 5 weeks after conception. Nerve activity is important for proper development, since they provide communication throughout the body. Also, cells do not remain inert until some activating event; they are always functional, and when they different into specific tissues, they function as those tissues. Thus, heart cells beat, muscle cells contract, and nervous system cells send and receive signals. Together, these facts indicate that a fetus is aware and capable of feeling from at least 5 weeks, if not sooner.
