The worship of God and the preaching of the Word lets the Holy Spirit work on their hearts to believe...
But, the preaching of the gospel is FOOLISHNESS to those who haven't been quickened through the new birth. I agree that there can be some evangelical work done within the church, but this should normally be the exception. The gathering of believers is for the edifying of the body through fellowship in the spirit, through teaching from the Word, and through prayer. The unregenerate, unrepentant sinner has NOTHING in common with that.
The Church body is where the Holy Spirit works. So you are saying unregenerate, unrepentant sinner should not enter a church where they might get saved ?
